This means that a short contract form is filled out and each Dancer or Subcontractor comes and goes as they please. Of course, setting up a regular schedule can encourage customers to visit you regularly when they know that you will be at work. Independent Contractors are allowed to make their own schedules, keep all tips from dancing, and accept cash commission from product sales like T-shirts, Vacation packages, and so on. The big responsibilities for a subcontractor are to file taxes, obtain any insurance such as worker's compensation, social security tax, and/or a DBA (business name) if necessary. We have also had one Lady's Night. This is a night for Ladies to come and see Male Dancers perform. All are welcome to be added to our contact list for more Ladies' Nights.
